Georgia College Comes to Terms with Negative Reputation

Located in Marietta, Georgia, it is quite possibly one of the most widely criticised colleges to come under fire for quite some time. In an unprecedented event, angered students came together in a massive disparaging attack against their own college, where they report being scammed out of thousands of dollars. From unauthorized charges on meal plans to deceptively administered contracts the Southern Polytechnic State University has taken a lot of heat over the last few years, but legal experts say that it is at least a move in the right direction, as colleges and administrators acting as public figures must remain accountable and responsible for their actions with an obligation to mitigate damage and maintain fiduciary responsibility.
