Winners at the Cannes Film Festival

The Drudge Report links to a story from Reuters about this year’s winner of the Palme d’Or, the festival’s top award. Michael Haneke’s film “Love” was the winner, in which two actors, both in their 80s, portray a couple facing illness and eventual death, caring for each other in their Paris apartment. The runner up was a film called “Reality,” about reality television programs.
